Safety is Tight Line’s number one core value. Every Tight Line project starts with the goal of being a Zero Incident Project. This is achieved through comprehensive safety planning and training on each and every project and all levels of the organization. Tight Line Foremen and Project Managers are all highly experienced in site specific safety plans, pre-task plans, and job hazard analysis as best practice safety planning to maintain a safe and productive work environment. At Tight Line safety always comes first.
All Carpenters are required to be licensed in scaffold erection and OSHA 30 certified. Our Office Management, Project Managers, Associate Project Managers and Field Management team are also all OSHA 30 certified.
All Tight Line workers are required to have the following certifications:
OSHA 30
Hilti Training or Powder Actuated Tools
Aerial Lift License
CPR & First Aid
Scaffolding
Fall Protection
