TLC was selected by J. Calnan & Associates as it's Acoustical Ceilings subcontractor on the 3 major projects at the Unum Campus on Congress St in Portland, ME: The Unum H01 Base Building Renovation, the Stantec 3rd Floor Office Fit-out, and the new BerryDunn Headquarters. Across these three projects TLC provided a full suite of acoustical services, totaling 100,000 SF of ceilings. TLC’s scope of work included:
