Nitto Avecia CGMP Renovation

Tight Line Construction, Inc. worked under Construction Manager A/Z Corp. in this highly complex interior renovation for Nitto Avecia’s CGMP (Clean Guaranteed Manufacturing Process) facility at their Milford, MA location. A/Z Corp. did a tremendous job navigating a very complex project. As always A/Z Corp. does a great job of putting safety first. Some of the challenges overcome by the project team were critical MEP shutdowns, long lead times due to pandemic related delays, Covid safety & preparedness, & a fast-track schedule. One unique way TLC assisted the project gain schedule time was by constructing load-bearing walls & posts to minimize required demolition & MEP shut-offs. TLC’s scope of work included:

3. Spray-Applied Fireproofing

4. Cold-Formed Metal Framing

5. Firestopping

6. Clean-Room Ceilings

7. Acoustical Ceilings
