Worcester Polar Park

Tight Line Construction joined the terrific Gilbane/Hunt Joint Venture team to complete the Worcester Polar Park, the most impressive Triple A baseball park ever built. Especially impressive was the project team’s ability to deliver a project so large in scale and complexity with top notch safety. The project was able to achieve its COO even working through the Covid Pandemic. Our scope of work included a wide array of services across several CSI divisions including:

1. Spray Applied Fireproofing

2. Spray Insulation (Sprayed Acoustic Insulation & SPF)

3. Rough Carpentry, Wood Blocking, & Expansion Joints

4. Exterior Wall Systems (Cold-Formed Metal Framing & Sheathing)

5. Structural Cold-Formed Metal Framing & Floor Panels (Raised Floor Systems)

6. Non-Structural Metal Framing & Drywall

7. Insulation & Firestopping

8. HM Doors, Frames, & Hardware

9. Division 10 & 12 Specialties (fire protection specialties, corner guards, & window treatments)

10. FRP
